What kinds of commercial projects have you delivered?
Restaurants, cafés, retail stores, offices, and hospitality interiors across Kuwait. We handle the full fit-out — bespoke joinery, counters, wall cladding, fixed seating, storage, and finish work. We work directly with end clients and with main contractors as a specialist joinery sub-package.
Can you work to a fixed opening date?
Yes. Commercial fit-out runs to a hard opening or handover date. We back-schedule design, manufacturing, and install around that date and build in contingency for material lead times. Night and weekend install shifts are standard on retail and F&B projects where the space is shared with an operating business.
Do you handle design, or only manufacturing and install?
Both. We can work from your architect or designer's drawings as a specialist manufacturing sub-contractor, or deliver full design + build as a single point of responsibility. Smaller café and retail projects often prefer design + build; larger hospitality projects usually run with a dedicated architect or interior designer, and we join the team on the joinery package.
What's the typical lead time for a commercial fit-out?
6 to 12 weeks for a small retail or café fit-out, 3 to 6 months for larger restaurants and hospitality projects. Lead time depends on scope, finish complexity, and site readiness. We lock the schedule once the design is approved and manufacturing drawings are signed off.
