(“Bayt 22”, “the Company”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with Kuwait CITRA Decision No. 26/2024 on Data Protection and Privacy Regulation (DPPR) and the Electronic Transactions Law No. 20/2014.   • Project and design information provided during consultations
  • Aggregated, anonymous website usage data (page views, country, device type, referrer) collected by our privacy-first analytics provider
  • Pseudonymous identifiers used by Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and retargeting (browser cookies, IP address, hashed visitor signals)
  • Data submitted through contact forms and inquiries

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns and showing you relevant content on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

  • Essential cookies: A small number of cookies set by our website platform (Odoo) are required for the website to function properly, such as maintaining your session and protecting against security threats. These cannot be disabled.
  • Plausible Analytics (privacy-first, cookieless): We use Plausible to understand aggregate website performance — page views, country, device type, and referrer. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. See Plausible's privacy approach.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): The Meta Pixel measures the performance of our paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, lets us show relevant content to past website visitors (retargeting), and enables conversion tracking for actions such as contact form submissions and WhatsApp button clicks. The Pixel uses cookies and shares pseudonymous browser and device data with Meta Platforms, Inc. — Pixel ID: 2243834276049430.

We do not currently run Google Analytics or Google Ads tracking on this website. If we add either in the future, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

  • Approved service providers (such as shipping and installation companies) as necessary to deliver our services
  • Plausible Analytics, our website analytics processor, which receives only anonymous, aggregated usage data and no personal identifiers
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), as the controller of the Meta Pixel data described above, used solely for advertising measurement and audience targeting
  • Government authorities when legally required

5. Your Rights

Under the Data Protection and Privacy Regulation (DPPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right to access your personal data and obtain a copy
  • Right to rectify inaccurate data
  • Right to delete your data (in legally specified cases)
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, including by declining cookies in the website banner or in your browser settings
  • Right to file a complaint with CITRA (Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority)

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored on secure servers and retained only for the period necessary to fulfill its specified purpose.

Aggregated, anonymous website usage data is processed by Plausible Analytics on EU-based servers under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data captured by the Meta Pixel is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. on its global infrastructure, primarily in the United States and Ireland. Otherwise, your personal data is processed within the State of Kuwait. Where any future processing requires an international transfer, we will ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with DPPR standards.
