Common Questions
Do you offer full interior design as a standalone service, or only with furniture?
Both. We offer full interior design — space planning, material specification, lighting, finishes, furniture specification — as a standalone service. Most clients then use us to manufacture and install the joinery and furniture as well, because it shortens the project timeline and keeps design intent intact through to the workshop.
How does the design process work from first meeting to handover?
Eight steps: enquiry, free initial consultation, site measurement, concept design (floor plan and moodboard), design approval, detailed technical drawings, manufacturing, and install. The design phase (steps 1 to 6) typically runs 2 to 4 weeks. Full projects — including manufacturing and install — are 3 to 6 months depending on scope. We hold formal approval checkpoints at concept, detail, and pre-install stages.
What's included in the interior design quotation?
The quotation breaks down design fee, manufacturing cost per item (wardrobes, joinery, bedroom, cladding, etc.), install, and any third-party items (lighting, upholstery, stone). We don't bundle everything into a single opaque line — you see what each component costs, so you can adjust scope rather than start over if the total is over-budget.
Do you work on full-villa projects or individual rooms?
Both. Individual-room projects (a single bedroom, a kitchen, a majlis, a walk-in closet) are the majority of our volume. Full-villa projects — where we handle every room — are typically 6 to 9 month engagements. The workshop is scaled for either.
